Step into our serviced residence a unit of at_home hospitality services and the first thing that will please you is the generosity of space. It is a duplex residence and each floor is spread over an area of 1200 sq ft.

The GROUND FLOOR of the residence has a very spacious living room equipped with comfortable couches, divan with cushioned bolsters, TV with 80 channels, VCD/DVD player, Telephone with STD/ISD dialing facility

The living room leads to a well appointed very roomy bedroom - EXECUTIVE which has well cushioned mattresses, individual reading lamps, large built-in wardrobes, dressing table, ceiling fan. The bedroom has an attached fully wall to wall tiled modern bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold water, shower set, mixer taps, commode and wash basin.

The living room also leads to a large dining hall which has a six chair dining table, a refrigerator, a well stocked crockery shelf and a wash basin.

The dining hall leads to a modern well equipped Kitchen, with a gas range, microwave oven, cooking utensils, cutlery etc and all round granite table top with storage space, a serving counter. The kitchen leads to a store room and utility area.

The dining hall also leads to a fully secure open to the sky backyard with a rest room.

The FIRST FLOOR of the residence has access from the ground floor through a staircase which leads to a small cozy living room, which is well lit and has a broadband connection and work station;

From this living room all the other areas of the first floor can be accessed, it has a master bedroom- COMFY which is very spacious, has multiple cots, cushioned mattresses, built in wardrobes, reading lamps, ceiling fans. The bedroom leads to an attached fully wall to wall tiled modern bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold water, shower set, three sets of mixer taps, commode, wash basin and luxurious bath tub. This bathroom is connected to a solar water heater. Further the bathroom has a separate dressing area with lots of storage space for innerwear, garments and toiletries.

There is one more bedroom - EXECUTIVE quite similar to the one located in the ground floor with the same facilities and amenities including a attached modern bathroom;

The first floor has a study too.

The balcony / sit out is located in the first floor and can be accessed from the first floor living room.

The first floor of the residence can be accessed through an exterior staircase too.

The residence has a rooftop open-to-the-sky terrace which is well lit, has a rest room and can be used for sun bathing during sunny days and cozy parties and get-togethers in the evenings. It has also an attendant’s quarters. The Management will be only too happy to organize any event for a small service charge.

Location wise the residence has many advantages;

The residence is located in south of Bangalore, in BTM Layout, the government designated “IT Corridor”

Within a radius of two KMs we have IT majors, IBM, Oracle, Tally, Progeon, Honeywell, HSBC, Accenture located.

It is about eight KMs from the Electronic city (located on Hosur road) which houses all the major IT companies including Infosys / MNC’s and about five KMs from the WIPRO corporate office.

All the vehicles commuting personnel from Bangalore South to these IT companies have to necessarily pass through BTM Layout and the bus stop is a few yards from the residence;

All major bank ATM’s/multi cuisine restaurants/medical facilities/health clubs/beauty parlors/shopping mall are located within walking distance.

Adequate, secure spacious parking space for four wheeler is available.
